To make sure we deliver on time and the recipient receives the flowers in the best conditions, here are the methods and the delivery procedures used:

• in Bucharest and neighboring localities we ensure delivery with our special fleet of fleets, the flowers are kept until upon delivery in special buckets of water and controlled temperature, the accessories are handed over to the recipient in special bags from paper.

• You can mention the time interval in which you want to deliver our couriers will certainly take into account these! Priority in the first part of the day will be deliveries to the headquarters of companies and institutions, so we recommend specify the time range if delivery is at home and you want delivery in the first part of the day.

• For Bucharest and neighboring areas we offer special and free instant notification service: Buyer receives email in a few minutes after the delivery is completed and the recipient receives the flowers. It is also possible to request a photo on delivery, with the indication that we will ask the recipient for permission on this action.

• in Bucharest, deliveries are made through out the week while respecting the delivery schedule . We can also deliver outside of this program with a prior confirmation from us. If the recipient is not found at the address we'll try calling. If this is not possible we will leave a notice at the door.

• national delivery of the second day in the country is done through third-party courier companies. The flowers are transported in special boxes of cardboard, and they are kept constantly in the water. Deliveries are usually made between 8 and 17 hours in this case.

• national delivery of the same day is done through local workshops / partner florists with whom we have been collaborating for many years. Deliveries can usually be made in this case until 18, even 19.

• we insist on the need to provide a valid recipient's phone number when placing the order, even if it is an anonymous delivery, our team knows how to professionally manage each individual case. So we insist on it this detail.

• payment by bank card (no matter in which country or currency are issued, the conversion is made at the bank rate used at the time of the transaction)

• payment through the PayPal processor

• payment by bank transfer (payment order - system generates a proforma invoice).

Bouquets.ro guarantees the freshness of flowers from the floral arrangements delivered, kept in proper conditions, protected from sources of heat, current and daily cuts approx. 1-2 cm, the bouquet will last at least 7 days.
