Because we understand the importance and meanings that a floral arrangement can have on the recipient, we are always flexible and eager to respect our customers' requirements regarding possible changes to the order and the delivery of it. You can specify a preferred delivery interval through the comment field in the delivery data form. We will always do our best to respect it. Also, if for various reasons we do not find the recipient to address, we will do our best to deliver, either returning to another hour or changing the delivery address. Information about you that we collect on this site will never be given/sold to third parties. They will only be used for issue invoice and possible trade communications if you have previously agreed with them. If you checked the anonymous option, your name will not appear on any document associated with the order and will not be communicated to the recipient under no circumstances. CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Our delivery agents in Bucharest and the neighboring areas use a delivery status update system through which, immediately after receiving the order by the recipient, sets the order as delivered and you receive an email that notifies you about this.

PICTURE ON DELIVERY

To capture the moment of receiving the arrangement and the layout of the arrangement, with the consent of the recipient, we will take a photo next to the bouquet received and we will send your photo to the email address provided when placing the order. WARRANTY - 100% MONEY RETURNED

If for any reason you want to cancel a placed order and notify us at least 36h before delivery, we will cancel your order and refund the full amount paid. Also, if for reasons attributable to our company, delivery has not been made, you may request full refund of the amount paid.
